About our Office
The office of Vulcan Service is one of the oldest divisions of EBSCO Industries. It was founded by Elton B. Stephens in 1930. Today, Vulcan Service is one of the fastest growing divisions in the company. Our office promotes and sells magazine subscriptions through part-time and full-time independent agents. Currently, we service approximately 1,300 agents nationwide.
Vulcan Service also promotes direct subscription sales to customers across the U.S. and other countries. Our office staff consists of 9 employees. Although each staff member has assigned responsibilities, everyone is qualified to answer your questions.
How to Become an Agent
It's easy! Simply call, write, or fax our office and request the information to get started. Within a few days, you will receive a detailed packet from us describing everything from rules and regulations of being an agent to example sheets on how to complete the order forms.
